Trada International (TI) is a holding company with majority interests in Trada Trading and Trada Maritime. The company's focus is the integrated trading, transportation and development of fossil fuels and chemicals within Indonesia and abroad.
Started in 1998 as a trader of methanol to clients throughout Asia Pacific and Australia, Trada Trading quickly expanded into crude, fuel and bunker oils, petrochemicals and fertilizers. In 2000, with the creation of Trada Maritime, TI entered the shipping business with the management of a maritime terminal in the East of Sumatra. Today the company owns and operates floating storage and off-loading platforms (an activity in which it is the market leader), tankers, tugs and barges throughout Indonesia.
